"This was our first Orientation call with our coach "Colby". Sandy and I were nervous awaiting his call. Everything went well with our new coach. He was very detailed going over how we were going to be a value to the company, if we put the proper time in, stayed positive and we felt we could achieve. We told him that we had large pieces of paper and tape and wall space to hang our goals and review them, for success. The goals will keep us busy, but that is what starting a new business is all about. We won't let Colby down we need to show him we can do it."

However it becomes a numbers game and as long as I continue to direct my energy into creating better listings and doing the things that my coach instructs me to do I know that my percentage of sales will increase over time.
